Does such a justification for shooting members of the Executive Branch of government also, according to Nadler's opinion, extend to the Congressional branch as well? I'm guessing that would be a no, but we need some clarification here.

By his logic, the ICE agents should have open season on any masked 'protesters' who try to even get close to them. Certainly an ICE agent should be in fear for his life now that a US Congressman has made ICE an ACTUAL legitimate target for the mob.

I didn't think Jerry could get more retarded than when he said Antifa wasn't real, that it was a figment of Trump's imagination or when he completely torpedoed Pencil Neck Schiff's presentation at Trump's impeachment. But here he is.
