Don't fool yourself about Louisiana being a red state. There's a hell of a streak of blue dogism that runs deep in this state. It's faint and dormant but it exists and it's there and the right candidate at the right time could really bring it out.

This rich guy that this thread is about could easily do that. He would be like a mini Trump for Louisiana democrats.

JBE is a one term governor.

Maybe so but I'm taking nothing for granted and neither should you. Don't fall in the complacency trap. You play to win the game.

And that's why I want the spotlight to stay on JBE at all times and keep the primary field as small as we possibly can so we can have a unified big tent of conservatives to make sure JBE can't sneak into the runoff without so much as a scratch on him.

There should be no more than 2 GOP candidates running against JBE at all times with the likely candidates being Kennedy and Abraham.

I will put this as easy as I can for anybody that cares to understand. If you are a Democrat I will not be voting for you. I will be voting for the Republican and if I don’t like him or her,I won’t be voting.
Surely you jest. Many of the "republicans" are democrats.

I would be surprised if JBE actually runs for re-election.

Yep, no chance of beating Caldwell either, right?

I thought gov tax and spend was loved by all and a sure thing for re-election.

Would be funny if two Ds split the D vote and two Rs made the runoff!
R1 30%
R2 30%
D1 20%
D2 20%

I would cite your other thread and say it is alive and kicking, just well camouflaged.

LOL, I'm not upset and am in no way related to him or have any personal connection to him at all. Your story is just very predictable amongst the ex-Shaw staffers.

You really lost all credibility with the "8 figure raises" and "hundreds of thousands of shares stock purchases."

That's because he asked people that shite all the time. Like I said, you were there when he asked me that, right?

Ok, I may have confused the 8 figure "raise" with a salary extension. I'll give you that one.

But he absolutely did buy hundreds of thousands of stock shares in 2009. It was in the BR Business Report.

This is dumb. JBE will certainly run. And Kennedy will beat him handedly.

I literally told you that D’s outnumber R’s in this state’s electorate by a 46%-26% margin yesterday. You literally responded to it.

Streak? Faint? Dormant?

Even if you add Green, Libertarian, small party, no party and Independent voters, that’s still 54-46. That 8% margin of difference is way too small to talk as if it seems statistically insignificant.

It is hilarious seeing you speak so authoritatively about a subject you so freely bandy your ignorance around about...

As I told you yesterday...you should research more and post much, much less. People would take you far more seriously.

Kennedy and Graves could. Bernhard could destroy him in the Open Prinary and pave the way to a lesser candidate. Neither of the first two are running.

Landry would get trounced. He won’t make it past Acadiana. His story just doesn’t play well enough outside of his base.

I saw him rip someone on the elevator over their work attire.

Shortly after the corporate hq employees got an e-mail reinforcing the dress code.

It made me respect him more.
