Her “apology” sounded like a hostage video. The Left are godless pigs.

Our corrupt leftist "justice" system is just taking a page from their history.

FFS the supreme court wouldn't even touch the election fraud cases. Why would anyone think they are going to get a fair trial anywhere else?

The machine is using the legal system to bury these folks in legal fees to try and ruin them.

Much like they have imprisoned people without trials for the supposed "insurrection."

She’s just saying what they tell her to say in order to get off of any serious charges. She doesn’t believe any of that

Explain to me why Republicans in some states are trying to convert to paper ballots.

Which states, specifically, are you referring to? What is the precise changes they are proposing. Without that info I can’t be sure, but my guess is they feel it will lead to a more secure election process.

Mass mail in ballots are innately subject to fraud . It's self evident. That's why countries that take election integrity seriously don't allow it.

Arizona has allowed mail-in-ballots for 30+ years.

Was it fraud before 2020, when it was mostly R's winning in Arizona, or it is just fraud when Trump loses?

The defendants have made definitive statements they need to be able to back up with proof and none have.

That is pretty simple. The idea that there is a conspiracy among every judge that has turned them down is involved in is simply crazy. Lindel filed how many suits? and now were even strong enough to be heard.

Specifically she says these things are lies that she and other defendants said:

Specifically she admitted to the following falsehoods:

1. Nearly 100000 mail in ballots were illegally cast

2. That 2500 felons illegally voted

3. That 60,000 underage people illegally voted.

4. That 10,000 dead people voted.

Now such definitive things if true should be easy to prove. How did they even come up with such statements?

It is just a case where cult members want it to be true so they post like it is.

She doesn't have a choice but to lie. They'll ruin her life if she doesn't fall in line. This isn't rocket science

Explain your logic.

She'll get disbarred for pleading guilty to these charges, and she's already under censure. She has 5 years of probation. It's not in her best interest to plead guilty frivolously.

Donald Trump raised money to defend against these/other charges. He's a billionaire. Why isn't he funding Jenna Ellis' defense so she doesn't flip on him?

So you would roll the dice in Fulton county facing 5 years in jail? No way.

I am absolutely amazed how many people cheer this clearly political prosecution. It’s insane to me.

We've been assured on numerous occasions that Trump and his consiglieres have foolproof evidence of the voter fraud, surely they will be using that as a defense, right?

Nobody cares what a far left wacko thinks, Damone Unless they are prosecuting you for not being far left, of course.

I wonder Bbondblowhard if you were an attorney and you made such definitive statements while advancing your clients wishes would you have the facts to prove statements???

Sounds pretty basic doesn't it??? Why would the woman plead guilty if she could prove her statements were true???

She obviously can't prove them true and Trump gave her no evidence of statements. Both liars.

So numerous "mules" all photograph themselves shoving stacks of ballots into drop boxes proves nothing.

Come on. Even you can figure out that they only put picture takers in the film. Also it was an internet thing to take a picture of yourself voting.

I'll rely on the Ga FBI's judgment on that. They out rank you.

Plus they're not a card carrying indoctrinated members of Cult45.

Does the defense now get to prove all those narratives to be true, and not falsehoods?

Seems like a tee up to me.

People who claim election-changing fraud have the onus on them to prove such

That's why your crew does it....they know they can get away with it and immediately place the burden of proof on the right/Republicans and get cover from how the media marginalizes those who contest the results. It's akin to "possession is 9/10 the law" concept...but it's low rate and utter bullshite that I don't mind one bit calling out.
