If they really did crack down on the shops in states that legalized marijuana it would create a large problem and be extremely expensive. Sessions has also said that medical marijuana doesn't work which is absolutely bullshite and false and taking that away from patients would be really stupid as well. What really needs to be done is have congress pass a bill making it only a state issue and getting the Feds out of the way. I don't smoke pot but the war on drugs has been a giant failure and legalizing pot is better for society than continuing the black market for it.
