Not I... The only name out there that I would support would be Rand. Everyone else at this point is a possible hold your nose and pull the lever or vote libertarian.

Btw, I wonder if Chelsea having the grand baby will weight on Clinton running? She'll have her age and now a grand child to spend time with

So would I. Of course, I'd prefer a pile of dog crap over another Bush.

So now we're at:

Jeb Bush
Chris Christie
Ted Cruz
Bobby Jindal
Rand Paul
Mitt Romney
Marco Rubio
Rick Santorum

maybe Ben Carson
maybe Paul Ryan
maybe Scott Walker

And I feel like I'm forgetting people (I'm going off memory, not Google or wikipedia).

Of the group I like Walker and Rubio but who knows if they'll have the money they need.

I like Perry too. I'd be thrilled with Perry, Walker or Rubio.

Actually I'm not that crazy about him

I think he "checks a lot of boxes" for republicans though. When the campaign starts, the "oops" moment will be a story for about a week - then everybody will move on. People forget he was re-elected as governor of Texas 3 times. He's a good politician.

I like Perry, but it seems that every race has the lazy candidate, the one who just figures if he shows up his wit and good looks will get him through and he did this in 2012. Fred Thompson did this in 2008. It worked for GW in 2000, but he had the machine and money to let him do this.

I could support Jeb Bush. In fact a Bush/Romney ticket would be a home run, IMHO. Probably Romney for Pres and Bush for VP.

True, although I don't hate Jeb as much, but certainly I don't want another Bush as Pres

That's why the Left has gone after him. He's been successful and would deliver a normally blue state.

People are going to want somebody who shows they can get things done. That's why Governors usually win POTUS.

If the Republicans nominate Bush we will see for the second time in history that a Clinton beats a Bush in a presidential election. JMO.

Yeah, the left forced him to violate campaign finance laws.

He's not running.
