Foo is eaten up with Anti-Catholicism and can't resist bringing it up.
There just happen to be a lot more Catholics on this site than Jews, Muslims, Mormons, or heretical Protestants. I assure you that if this site was full of Mormons, my posts would be a little different.

Vance started looking for excuses to skip out when he found out he was either gonna be sitting next to shite-for-britches or drunkass kackalacky.

THere are some things in life you do not joke about and the state of our country, the importance of this change in leadership and the rare opportunity to be asked to be the VP is one of them!
Poor judgement to even joke and shows immaturity Our country needs people who are rifle focused on turning this country around
I for one am very disappointed in JD if he posted this himself

Give me a fricking break. Meanwhile, Biden asked Kamala to "Fire Away - No Pun" but I am sure that comment was 100% perfectly ok with you

This what the left will never understand. Normal people fan behavior and quips..

Why not both:
Go to the inauguration and hop on Air Force 2 or AF1 if Trump goes too and attend the Natty.
Any Democrat would do the same on the government dime.

I have so thoroughly decoupled from organized college and professional sports, that this is literally the first time I'm hearing that tOSU is in the NCG this year. No idea who they're even playing, and no care. Hell I only just learned the Super Bowl is coming up in the Dome because I'm seeing coverage of heightened NOLA security after the NYE attack. No idea who's playing, no care.
I wish I'd have known 30 years ago that I would be healthier, more stress-free and just plain happier in life by ignoring the division and tribalism of sports fanhood. And, more recently, it was the increasing divisiveness via injection social justice and political issues into games that used to bring even hated rivals together, that ultimately ended my fandom. I didn't quit sports, they quit me.
I'll always have that magical 2019 LSU season, and it just couldn't have possibly gotten any better than it did that year anyway. In retrospect, it was the perfect season upon which to call it quits at the conclusion.
