Anyone who says this given the other politicians in our state to be compared against honesty isn’t a great judge of character.

This doesn’t bode well for those of us who want to move on with our lives. If this clown is saying on August 18 that there will still be an emergency in November then we have no hope of him moving us on to the next “phase” - that’s another word I’ve grown to hate during all this.
