Dimon also believes one of the best tools for fighting inflation is the suppression of working class wages, facilitated by allowing tens of millions of low skill illegals to enter the US workforce

Insurance Companies, investment firms, pension funds, etc...sime of these are required to hold a certain % of assets in the "safest" investments, like treasuries

Both Parties are equally Dysfunctional.
Both Parties are Morally Corrupt
Both parties are Fiscally irresponsible, driven by greed and the lust for power
Neither party gives a phuck about the American citizen

The rich elitist, on both sides, are in total control of America
Everything else, Covid, Global warming, Ukraine, Climate change, is all Media driven bullshite, sponsored by the rich to keep the people occupied and divided.

America is in deep shite.

When have they said this? The GOPe openly abandoned fiscal conservatism in 2001 and hasn’t looked back. GOP hasn’t been serious about the country’s finances since Gingrich led the Republicans in the mid 90s.

Why I vote libertarian and everyone that claims to value freedom and small government should too. I'm embarrassed that Argentina is now the world's bastion of freedom instead of the US.

The world is in deep shite. Were the engine keeping things running and, when we flame out, other areas will collapse as a result.

It will probably make the Great Depression seem mild.

My head is on a swivel bc I’m worried they see the writing on the wall with the election and are just going to finally let the economy crash when Trump gets into office.

May crash before he gets there.

2008 and 2020 were crises which were awfully convenient for the Dems because it meant the incumbent party lost.

If it crashes bad enough, everything may transform before the election even happens.

Jamie Dimon is in lock step with the WEF. He can't be trusted. Their plan for a US CDBC. They are intentionally driving up inflation, sanctioning Russia, and allowing millions of illegals in, for the sole purpose to cause chaos so they will have an excuse to install a CBDC. It won't be controlled directly by the federal government, but a bank they appoint.
That would be Jamie Dimon.

Well that wealth isnt yours unless you sell or cash out refi

Never understood why anyone thinks having a bunch of equity sitting in their home a positive.

Its like 2008 never happened

Can’t get it unless you sell it or borrow against it and, as California proved decades ago, housing appreciating on paper too much means that property taxes spike to the point where you eventually can’t afford to keep living there and are forced to sell.

Nice narrative. It sounds great. The problem is the pubic doesn't buy it.

D/t escalating home values. The problem of course is cashing out on a home, entails having to buy another at an equally inflated price.

Or already having either the other house or the land to build on.

Cali and NY state people picking up stakes in 2020 and 2021 fricked the RE market in a lot of areas because they could pay in cash and often well above asking price to get it immediately.

Anyone trying to get a mortgage was fricked because of the time involved with a mortgage sale and appraisers / banks not willing to go high on prices to compete.

Totally different times and situations. Its going to be hard for real estate to pop with such low inventory.
