I think you mean allegations of corruption.
If all you need to make that claim is a mere allegation, I understand your feelings. There are some allegations that I would say - that’s not a good look (paying a contractor on the day a whistleblower claims he was being paid in labor and materials as a bribe to investigate people for criminal wrongdoing (his job)).
