I actually oppose displaying the 10 commandments in government buildings as I think it is a breach of the separation of church and state, but calling it "violence" is idiotic.

Ehhhh. I don't know about that. I do think that our lawmakers should actually follow them before mandating they be displayed in classrooms. They're some of the nastiest people on the planet.

We pray school children have a conscious and can, in the very least, try to abide by them so their conscious and heart are at peace.
Lawmakers do not have those, therefore they know not peace.
