If He said Trump was "Going" the government might have a better case than using 86 as a pretext. 86 has too many meanings
If Comey truly had a beef with Trump and really was intent on making something of it, there are so ma n y more apt mob terms that are more commonly used like doing a peice of work or our friend walking across the bridge or a house that needs to be painted or a one way ride.
Doubtful that this is a holding charge, but if you want to dream, then dream .....fuggedaboutit!!!!
You guys also looking to put the screws to Posobiec who mouthed the same thing to Biden???? Or was that all just playing around?

Ba Waa Waa!!! Melt!! Now Comey can experience how bad it sucks to be arrested and have to defend himself in a criminal proceeding that he thinks is bogus - I know Todd Blanche - and I can assure you that prior to presenting this case to the grand jury, the DOJ had a hell of lot more evidence than simply a picture of seashells in the sand

This really is the key. The Democrats weaponized the DOJ and have used it to force out or bankrupt anyone who stood in their way. Mike Flynn is Exhibit A.
