Been going on for decades.....
Campaign warchests dwarf the 200K salary for the job in DC....there is something fundamentally wrong with this!

Clyburns district is one of the poorest and highest crime areas in South Carolina. He is normally only seen once a year and that's at his fish fry. Clyburns has all the preacher's in his back pocket and for a certain segment of our population you vote the way the church tells you to.
