Can’t stress this enough. You have the number 1 school district in the state in the county to the south. If you have some money and kids you move south 10 miles for your second home. The people replacing them in Duval are young hipsters. Demographics aren’t great for Rs there moving forward. I think it becomes just like every other city in America and under total D control very soon.
