No counselor, he did concede anything. He just noted your vigor for being right even though you are not. He also noted that anyone that is correct/right never has to work to prove it. Your post count alone proves that you try to prove yourself “right”. Listen to me chief, just because you think you are “right” does not equate to the majority thinking you are “right”. In fact, your arguments here would indicate that you have a loosing record.

Smith was specifically asked about *toll records* obtained from *Members of Congress.* He accurately said those records didn’t include message content.
Grassley's docs relate to texts of *WH officials,* obtained via *NARA,* which happened to include exchanges w/ congresspeople.
Someone else pointed this out earlier.
Another fail

I'm not.
People like you fail, and then claim victory and use language like that to cover for your failure.
You're this meme, but real

Will Trump n Co continue to be cowardly lions and not arrest him?
Asking for the country.

Probably not in the make believe way you think it should happen.

lock his arse up then...

The reason he is melting is because he previously posted that anyone who suggested that Jack smith was illegally spying on people was absurd, and now Jack smith has been caught illegally spying on people.

From Mike Davis on Truth Social who is a very successful Constitutional Attorney, unlike you.
???? Mike Davis ????
@mrddmia
Mike Davis: Jack Smith lied. He said that he did not get their text messages, and now we know from Chuck Grassley's oversight and Ron Johnson's oversight that Jack Smith did get text messages. Jack Smith needs to be indicted and put in prison.

You think they’ll call it the Deep State when Jack isn’t prosecuted for this because of the technicalities you and I have highlighted for them?

OK, so I'll wait and see if anything happens before I get excited.

there is a certain Nuance on here that I think people might be skipping over.
for the DOJ to subpoena call logs from cellular providers that is a very specific subpoena with a very specific focus.
To also receive text messages would require the cellular providersto download the contents of the users phone, segregate them into text messages and then provide those text messages to the DOJ. That would be a completely separate subpoena with a very specific focus.
I think that what we may be scratching around here is Smith through his office at the FBI, actually spying on these 44 people, capturing their text messages, probably through the NSA and then trying to use the call log subpoena as cover for the data that they illegally had.
The way Congress would differentiate this is to have someone from the cellular providers comment on how the legal mechanisms were put in place to force them to gather the text messages. Download them and then provide them in file files for the DOJ review.
Text messages and call logs are two separate files

How many people would be in on this and what kind of paper and electronic trail would it create? That’s always the problem with grand conspiracies- too many lackies would have to be involved.
The clip of Smith shows him being asked specifically about toll records. Toll records record incoming number, outgoing number, call length, and times of connect and disconnect. No content. That’s what he said.
There’s suggestion that what Grassley is talking about are NARA records where WH officials’ comms were kept and produced and congresspeople showed up in there.
That would explain the discrepancy and how/why Jack was not lying about something so simple and easily proven/disproven with the toll records.

as someone who is involved currently in two separate legal proceedings that have required me to be subpoenaed for my phone records. I can tell you that the way to do that directly is to subpoena the phone and the phone owner provides the phone to a forensic company to download.
My phone was subpoenaed and I provided it twice. this established a chain of custody that the information was actually on my phone.
To have the contents of my phone be acquired without me participating in it requires the provider or a third-party monitoring system like the FBI OR NSA gather the data and pull the phone info without me knowing it
the calls logs could have easily been subpoenaed, to get text messages is much more difficult
