The frustration comes from his camp getting hit with bizarre legal theories over non crimes or weak allegations, having to go before adversarial courts and make arguments, like immunity for example, that are potential legal rabbit holes, themselves. It’s like “collusion” all over again.
I’d like to see the SCOTUS come out strong in the Colorado decision and hopefully send a signal to Smith and these Soros DAs that the lawfare will ultimately fail on appeal.
Whether Trump is president or not, these tactics have to be forcefully rejected with consequences, or else they’ll continue doing it to whoever happens to be the rights biggest political champion at the time. Then we just become Russia… if we are not already there.
