Do they get social security numbers issued at fertilization? Are they considered dependents at tax time

Oh man let the real fun begin. Claiming the dependent for that sweet tax refund using the tax refund to fly to Cali to change emy dependent status getting paid to vacation folks.

One day humans will develop the technology to replicate a womb that isn’t inside a female body.

Will a child born from that be considered a human?

I’m sure you’ll be consistent in your argument here too

A similar case in San Francisco had a negative result for an IVF clinic in 2021. Is that going to end IVF in California? Or are you all just beholden to whatever the news tells you will happen?

The case was only similar because the embryos were destroyed. There were hundreds of claims but it doesn't appear there were any wrongful death claims. There are plenty of negligence cases against IVF facilities for destroyed embryos but not wrongful death claims.

Sorry all you Alabamians who need the help of IVF to have kids.

If you’re using IVF you can probably afford to get it done in Atlanta…

A lot of employers offer IVF benefits with insurance…

Amazon did (not sure if they still do) and they have a warehouse in Alabama

If you believe life begins at conception though wouldn't that make sense, each one of those is a person with a soul, don't they deserve their day in court and protections from medical malpractice against them? How is that different than accidently killing a patient with a mistake during surgery?

I do believe that life begins at conception but it’s only murder when it’s viable.

Such as ectopic pregnancy. The baby is not viable so I do not consider it to be abortion.
