I've spent the last 3 days in Northeast Georgia... national media is not covering it right

Drove to Augusta for a race (that got cancelled) and I learned of the cancelation just as I arrived, with no gas in my tank and no way to get more gas. Ultimately was able to buy a gallon of gas to get me to an open gas station for more gas. I could have left but I've stayed here to help others.
1. If Trump were president the national media would have a live counter of deaths and 24/7 coverage of the destruction. NFL coverage would be bumped to cable networks
2. It's crazy how many of the locals were totally unprepared. Driving up to a Chipotle or Burger King or Freddy's or Publix as if they would be open. Then having a meltdown tantrum when they learn things are closed. How could you not at least have some foresight to be prepared? I understand tourists like me being SOL but locals have no excuse. It's why I've only offered my help to other athletes who were here for the race
3. frick all the money we have spent on Ukraine and other overseas boondoggles. Our infrastructure crumbles while we siphon another billion to Zelensky

I've been told that #3 is a non issue.

SFP said don't worry about the money we sent to Ukraine because that is more important to him than helping Americans in the US.

Sadly, the left values other issues greater than the basic USA needs.
The progs never do anything that benefits the ENTIRE country, only selected areas and people!
Nov 5 needs to get here asap!

More intentional dishonesty
The collective inability to read simple concepts is impressive

We've read your "concepts".
You are the dishonest one.

I've said from the get go these people are getting billions in federal aid.
Are you saying they won't?

Kleibenschnott and Rinke are of course trying to sweep it under the rug

I'm saying you love Ukraine more than the US.

SFP assured us that all of the money sent to Ukraine is but a drop in the bucket that is our overall budget and spending.
You know, sometimes it may not be the actual amount we are talking about but the overall optics of our current administration and its love of forever war, US Aid grants and grants to NGO's who are using the money to fund and transport millions of illegals to OUR communities.
Sometimes America First is necessary and should be the main concern of these public leeches sucking away America's future.
ETA - SFP will be here shortly to lecture you on FedGov fiscal responsibility and budgets.
edit....Too late...Wylie as well. LOL

This is a factually correct assertion.

You're literally arguing for feelings over facts

Sseems like people who live 100 miles or more inland from the coast don't think they're going to be affected.
Posted on 9/29/24 at 4:05 pm to TrueTiger
Did they not follow the news? It was widely reported it was going to do lots of damage hundreds of miles inland.

So now it's the media's fault for...being right?
