He's not incorrect in that 8 RINOs voted with Democrats to vacate the speaker.

He got all frothy and screaming (as he usually does. In fact, if you want to sound just like him, pinch your nostrils shut and start talking in a fast staccato style at the top of your lungs ). Nikki Haley's husband isn't running for president so I find that a little annoying!
