So who will our allies be, exactly?

Believe we’re seeing that develop real time as some current ‘allies’ expose themselves as compromised

We’ll be left with countries remaining like Italy, Japan, Hungary, and others not currently seen as our ally. That’s assuming the untrusted European countries don’t straighten up soon.

Ask yourself what did the EU leaders do prior to 2014 crimean takeover or 2020 invasion of Ukraine? Anything? Did they do anything to stop it?

Nope. So no, they did nothing other than continue to buy Russian energy.

They can not be trusted.

Their policy is to use Russia to harm America economically because a Russia-USA cooperation could choke ALL of Europe due to no oil.

They can not risk either the USA or Russia having that much leverage.

Europe is the hub of Globalism. I feel sorry for many of the rank-and-file citizens, but they aren't really in charge of anything.

We're fighting the same battle right here.

You laugh but the USA alone could take on the entire world combined and have a good shot at winning.

I don’t think you, or almost anybody, truly fathoms the power we can bring to bear as well as other massive advantages like resources geography etc.

Our navy is bigger than the next 8 largest in the world combined.

Having a smaller but far more trustworthy and useful group of allies would suit us fine

Militarily or economically?

And does that put us in a better position long-term than doing what we have been doing?

Raising the transaction costs in trading with the prosperous nations is going to hurt us.

What "unstable" things are European leaders doing?

Seems the unstable one is in Washington.

The USA should take Bermuda and 9 other islands "owned" by the Brits. Everytime the Brits give away a strategic claim of the US, the USA simply takes 10 of the Brits.

Frig' the Brits. What have we not learned from dealing with those incestual people?

Actively replacing native populations with third world immigrants

Jailing citizens for social media posts critical of government

Asking China to expand into Western Europe

Should I continue?

How can anyone trust England? They just banned political commentator Eva vlaardingerbroek from traveling there.
