Let's take a moment to realize that the best economy, multiple peace deals with Israel and Arab nations, peace talks with North Korea where he was the first president to step on North Korean soil was a real estate tycoon turned reality tv star.

Good people with good ideas don't run because they don't want to subject their families to the type of liberal BS that Trump and Kavanaugh went through. Character assassination, lies, fabricated evidence, attacks on the spouse, children. Threats of violence. It is insane. Then to top it off a watchdog media totally in the camp of the Dims.
Then on the other side, if you are pro-life you are screwed. If you are pro-business you are roasted. You can't be a true moderate in todays Democratic party or you are villified.
And we wonder why our choice is between bad and worse? Trump has a real thick skin but it has even gotten through to him. He was set up with fake dossier, lies about his call to the Ukraine, deep state saboteurs. Watched his friends get jailed on phony charges and watched kangaroo courts free the guilty.
Just think about that.

This is not a critical post about Trump.
In fact, my OP is an admittance that he’s the best option. He shouldn’t be, considering that we have a whole career path (politics) that should have produced someone worthy after 200+ years as a nation.

Probably the most quality candidate to run a multi trillion dollar nation that we have ever had.

The funny part isn’t that it’s Trump himself, but the actual cesspool of career politicians that go from middle class fancy (maybe slightly above) to having their wealth valued and 7 and 8 figures.
