There would have been all kinds of lawsuits filed, more people would have been awake to what the Atlanta machine was doing. Instead we had a POS SOS give away the farm in backroom deals.

Smartest thing for the Democrats to do would be to set up 30 year term limits for Supreme Court Justices. If they implement that policy, it'll force Thomas to retire later this year and they'll get back the seat that was stolen from them.
