Actually it did.
Perdue did better than Trump because he had college educated whites in his corner while those same people voted for Biden.
But come runoff time and those Trump voters stayed home even with the college educated white voting for him, Perdue and Loeffler were up shite creek.

Problem is that democrats also had the turnout to match that and WIN the runoffs due to the population explosion.
Georgia has been trending left for a decade but it wasn't completely blue yet.
The turnout for GOP was there to beat the democrats turnout, they just didn't show up.

I'll give them 2016 because of Obama. The enthusiasm for those republican candidates in 2020 was because of Trump. The fraud explains the rest.
