suppose that was probably part of the point of the multiple interspersed indictments, but I’m still sort of amazed at how easily they’ve gotten so many, so quickly, to get onboard with the notion that this is simply how we will do things now and that’s how it is.

It seems like it happened quickly, because when it started, it happened in rapid succession. But this seed has been planted in multiple generations by the education system, the media, and now, social media. We are simply seeing the fruit now.

If they can't find some way to quash this shite

How could they, exactly?

I mean these indictments are in different jurisdictions, federal and state. How is a single legislative body going to be able to do anything?

What? Claimed malfeasance in an election? If that's the crime then at least Al Gore and Stacy Abrams should have faced charges as well.

More amazing to me is that our worthless Republican representatives are just spinning their wheels. If they can't find some way to quash this shite, or to at least signal (with teeth) there will be some repercussions, then why do we need them at all? What's the difference between opposition that does nothing whatsoever, and opposition that barely stands in the way?

Yeah, this was sort of inherently part of my point. Obviously much more than just the super radicals are now looking at all this insane bullshite as “normal.“

That’s what is amazing. I don’t think everyone is in on it. I never thought so many would be so easily swayed to see it as normal so quickly.

Really? After large swaths of cities were burned down with practically zero resistance? Where looting was encouraged in spots of Baltimore? Where the phrase “well they have insurance so it’s ok” got started?

That was allowed to happen with zero pushback and you are stunned something like that happened somewhere else?

“Oh buh it wah the Capitol!! Yea. Tell that to people who lost their livelihoods, their life’s work, their sense of security, and even their lives in the “we are just going to allow them a place to destroy” riots.

Things that predispose one to evil: narcissism, idealism, sadism, means to an end. All are present on the left.

Evil can't be done without the power to make it happen and the left has that as well.

To be honest, it would only be shocking if the left, considering the levels of idealism and narcissism, did not behave in an evil manner. Add the other factors and it's a done deal.

They’re never giving control back to the Republicans. No way they’d do this with the low hanging fruit the Dems leave out for prosecution.

Just another step in the fall of the Republic. Rome had this same problem with prosecutions of former officials.

Well... not always...

Teachers take over Oklahoma capitol...

And Indiana...

And Wisconsin...

Or when AOC had them protesting outside Nancy's office...

In those instances, it's... (D)ifferent.

I’ve been saying this all along. Until sane people stand up and call bullshite were fricked. We’ve allowed fantasy to become reality…it’s right out of 1984.

No such thing as gender
Only white people can be racist
Questioning the election is a threat to democracy
Jailing criminals is racist
Climate change is our biggest threat

Until the people quit buying this shite it’s going to get worse.

I listened to the hour long phone call with Brad R and trump last night from 2020 on YouTube. Trump was lying and making all sorts of wild assertions which we know weren't true

Setting a precedent has nothing to do with it? Is “objection! Whataboutism!” Now allowed to be used in the legal realm now when someone uses precedent?

When you allow people to turn things to shite on lawless rampages…. What stops others from getting the idea and doing the same?

A lot of people have had their eyes opened in the last 8 years to the truth about America and American Rights.

Many more eyes will be opened in the next 24 months.

The question is, What will be done about it? If anything.

You mean not aside from suing to force recounts after already conceding to Bush? Or trying to claim votes for Buchanan as being "undervotes" for him?
