It was abortion all along! It slowed the absolute tsunami that was coming.

It was not ever a tsunami. They said it so you would feel like a failure and give them info to claim particulars important to them.

We took the House and will take the Senate.

Absolutely not. Remember when you same wishy-washy folks didn’t want to hold the line on gay marriage? Now you see the slippery slope it had into trans craziness and pedos.

Abortion is the same. You allow this shite to fester more without opposition, then you get the following:

1. Minors having abortions without parental notification
2. Eugenics and gene manipulation because it’s “just a fetus”
3. Required abortions if a doctor thinks there is something wrong with the baby.
4. Population and reproduction permits decided by the government.

Not fighting the culture of death has vast consequences. We’ve already seen it when we didn’t fight against the alphabet people.

This one is terrifying. I could definitely see it happening.

Some of the props put forth this election cycle like in Michigan and California has purposefully vague language to allow for manipulation.

You’re going to see healthcare insurance providers stop paying for any treatment if abortion is an option recommended by the doctors. You’re going to see so many women persuaded by doctors to have abortions. You’re going to see hospitals refuse to birth any babies with Down’s syndrome or other issues. Hell, in 25-30 years, I could see kids being sterilized at the pediatricians until they’re gene tested and “allowed” to have kids.

Think this sounds far out? Well drag shows in schools and the state taking kids from non affirming parents seemed far fetched in 2007. Now it’s accepted 15 years later.

This is why we must continue to fight for life and not be so short sighted and wimpy. They want us to move on from this issue.

Is abortion a losing issue? Yes
Is "Stop the steal" a losing issue? Yes
Does candidate quality matter? Yes

There's a difference between acknowledging that abortion was what prevented a red wave and being in favor of abortion. A former Obama aid just said that if he has his way abortion referendums will be on the ballot in a bunch of states in 2024. They want it on the ballot because they know it can get their base riled up and moderate women to their side.

There are some hills worth dying on, and protecting the life of a helpless unborn baby is a hill I am willing to die on every single day.

I will absolutely allow the country to die before I stop caring about the murder of unborn babies.

again, as I said in another thread; you are essentially asking people to move on from a moral imperative for the sake of winning elections

It's going to be tough to convince people it is worth participating in the political process if they are forced to ignore what they believe to be basic human rights.

No.

Since repealing the 19th Amendment is unlikely, GOP should do a better job educating people about the Constitution, federalism, and what Dobbs really says.

I think if we found a word with less negative connotations y’all would support it. “Abortion” sounds scary

Y’all would vote for it if they called it “eugenics”
