During a hearing on Capitol Hill on Tuesday, Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard and CIA Director John Ratcliffe contended that the Signal chat in question did not include classified information.

Since it is now being described by defensive members of the Trump administration as "not classified," the Atlantic can publish the exchange in its entirety, right?

It’s my opinion. Trump has trusted people in the past and they fricking burned him. Don’t act like he’s perfect. He’s made objective mistakes before in keeping people in his inner circle that shouldn’t have been there in the first place.

I believe Mike waltz is one of those people. He was an adviser to dick Cheney. Do we want that foreign policy again? Waltz wife has serious deep state DC ties. Aren’t we trying to drain the swamp?

Goldberg straight up said waltz is who sent him the invite.

Its possible. I recall a story shared by Elon where a leaker at Tesla was caught by using a company wide email. Each recipient receiving the email with a unique spacing sequence, too subtle to notice with the naked eye.

When the contents of the email hit the media, Musk only needed to track the spacing sequence of the leak back to the original recipient at Tesla. Leak plugged.

OMG....it's not that easy to add someone to a SIGNAL chat...it's 4 steps...

This was a Canary Trap all the way. IMHO.

Just before this Hegseth said "we have leaks" and now it just happened to be the reporter who made up the "suckers and losers" story?

Don't bs a bs'er.

it was either a setup by the MIC to get back at the people on the chat, OR the administration looking for the leak.

Goldberg is an enemy of the American people.

Just type his evil name into YouTube and look at all the media appearances he's made over the last 24 hours, peddling his wares breathlessly, as he is wont to do.

Suckers and Losers and now this.

All you have to do is tap the plus sign and then tap the person you want to add. It's 2 taps of a finger.

Actually, not releasing the entire conversation, and not releasing anything until after the military operation, are his duties as a loyal American citizen.

In other words, you have to 1. actively desire to add someone 2. begin to type their name. 3 select their full name from autocomplete then 4. add them to the convo as confirmation.

Thanks! So very intentional...the point is it's not an "accidental" thing.

Because my experience with guys that have had TS/SCI experience and above is that they NEVER talk shop outside of super secure environments. Planning is done in a SCIF and all communication is done over secure lines with a Systems or Network guy monitoring. Systems to provide security on the phones and network with network guys ensuring the reliability of the network.

This sounded like a gab fest amongst girlfriends. What was talked about isn't all that scandalous or even their sentiment towards the Euros. The problem is that Waltz had a non government type on his government phone so that an accident could happen because he had his personal and company contacts intermingled. What compounds it is that the rest of the "pros" did not catch it. Not Hegseth, not Gabbard, not Radcliffe. None of them caught it. I'll excuse Vance because he's not necessarily an Intel type "Professional"

Can't believe no one asked " Hey, who is JG?"

Actually, there's 12 steps.

1. Inhale
2. Exhale.
3. Blink
4. Look at your phone
5. Open the app
6. Blink again
7. Inhale again
8. Exhale again.
9. Tap the plus sign
10. Select the contact you want to add.
11. Tap "update"
12. Fart

You're right, this was absolutely intentional and required at least 4 seconds of planning to execute.

So this is the melt of the day?

I swear people get worked up over nonsense.

Yeah so what, someone got on the list that shouldn't have. Seems likely it was a setup.

This is all just a big distraction from deporting illegals and cancelling DEI.

Conversations like this should be in person or on a secured land line at the very least. Not on your cell phone.

Makes sense. There are just secure landlines laying around everywhere every cabinet member goes. We don't need to be efficient either and let them multitask. All cabinet members must clear their schedules all at the same time just so they can discuss something in person or on a secure landline. That won't slow down our ability to react. It's still 1960 and we should act like it.
