I will say the same thing i said in the other thread:

Protesting the president just because he got elected is cry baby bull shite.

Protesting the president for questionable EOs is quite american and should be done to let the pres know people are listening.

It's not too surprising if your relatives are rational people. Protesting based on you didn't get your way is asinine and un american. Protesting on the grounds something violates the constitution is what americans should do.

Eta: these protests aren't fair to indict all left leaning people as cry babies. Let's not pretend there wasn't a section of the right that protested Obama after he was elected. Additionally using rhetoric and hate speech to denounce him. I won't link all of it unless requested by someone who has memory loss.

Actually they are so convinced the public is sheep - and the media has been schooled in media manipulation and government propaganda...that the more they say it and the louder they say it - it will become fact us drones.

It's probably worked for most of US history - as our earliest Presidents were complaining about the press.

But there's too much news out there, others, alts, static for MSM to ever again hold sway like they did in the 50's and 60's.

Here's my "radical" "dem" position on the matter (even though i have already posted it):

Protesting someone because they are president is fricking dumb, no matter the side.

Protesting questionable policy is fine so long as it doesn't result in violence/destruction of property.

How crazy of an idea right? That's literally all i said. Regardless of party this shite is wrong. It was wrong when they protested obama for being president and it's wrong now.

Maybe if you spoke to people instead of calling them idiots this country would start making real progress.
