Do it. Americans largely sold out their principles and liberties for the promise of $2,000.

Let it collapse.

Does it take a simple majority to change the make-up of the court or does Schummer need a supermajority?

We're gonna need a bigger budget for this. Here comes the fiscally responsible Democrats.

Its not the pay. It's the perks and benefits. The perks and benefits are probably worth 4 times the pay.

Well, as Senate majority leader he will set those rules himself. If he wants anything badly enough he will change the senate rules to abolish the supermajority requirement for everything.

If you click the link, you’ll find he mentioned specifically the Western District of New York due to a long backlog they’ve had.

Nothing about a nationwide expansion.

You were informed months ago, its close to check, soon after check mate... unless something happens... the of America as you know it.

- President
- Senate
- House
<<<<< you are here
- Stack Court
- Squeeze Red/Swing States into submission withhold funding
- Eventually get enough states under control for Constitution Convention
- Redraft entire Constitution

Goodbye Whitey, Goodbye sanity.

I have no idea as what expansion he is talking about, the Supreme Court is going to be expanded.

As a guy who has practiced in a division of federal district that went two years without an Article III judge, it was not fun and not efficient and not something I ever want to be a part of again.

Shoutout to kickass magistrates, though.

I actually argued that Trump should have done this, not for reasons of court packing, but because federal cases take too long due to overloaded courts in some jurisdictions. A lot of them really would operate more efficiently with more judges.

I also argued in favor of splitting the 9th circuit because it had the longest backlog of cases.

Justice delayed is justice denied.

Damn. I wish republicans were ruthless like this. If they were, we wouldn't be in this situation.

We get pussies like Lindsay Graham instead.

If I'm the Dims I'm not sure why they believe they have to do any further deck stacking......they own the Swamp through a rigged election....What more do they need or want?
