A U.S. Navy Boeing P-8A “Poseidon” Anti-Submarine and Surveillance Platform is currently Airborne over the Eastern Mediterranean to the Southwest of Cyprus, this likely indicates that some kind of Anti-Submarine Drills are ongoing with the USS Gerald R. no……those are just a handful of the Atlantic fleet ships. The Abe Lincoln CSG is still hanging around Japan, last I checked. There’s still two more carriers docked in Norfolk and Two more in San Diego. The Pacific Fleet isn’t really involved outside of the Wasp hanging out in the Adriatic just in case.

Gotcha. Wonder if the Lincoln is gearing up to head back home. There’s a bit of an overlap but usually when one goes out, the other is about ready to came back home. Not sure how long the Lincoln has been on deployment.
