I don't have a cite but on a YT video in the last couple of days it was mentioned as ~$2,400 a year. It was in discussion about the Gaza residents that had work permits in Israel where they made roughly 10x what they could make in Gaza.

So I did some quick research on some of the above information.
It's very hard to find statistics on Palestine since it's never been defined officially but from few sources:
Avg Monthly salary in Gaza/WestBank = $368
Avg monthly salary in Repub of congo = $37.42 (poorest)
Avg pop/area in Gaza strip = 5,500/sqkm
Avg pop/area in Monaco = 19,493/sqkm (densest)
Thought that was interesting, especially in stark contrast to your data.

Gaza isn't even in the top 50 most densely populated cities in the world. Mostly because there are not many high rises, but still.
This idea that they have absolutely no where to go due to density is, frankly, a lie.
