Flying a Reaper or Predator from a can on Davis-Monthan, Whiteman, March, et al it probably makes little difference being in the current 82nd DRB it certainly makes a big difference. While it was 30+ years ago when I was in most of the combat arms soldiers were in share but there were a lot of POGs that clearly had to cut weight like a MMA fighter when they needed to meet weight standards.

Standards have been lowered across the board to allow women to enter the ranks of combat arms. There are women leading infantry platoons and companies. I wouldn’t be surprised to learn there’s a female infantry battalion commander out there somewhere. We’ve clearly placed political correctness above national security and those goddamn chickens will eventually come home to roost.

Do you actually believe that? What makes you think women would do well in combat? Or that operating in a mix gender environment would be a good idea?

The Israelis don’t use women in combat roles. The overall performance of their ground forces is poor though. It’s a conscript army.

The IDF moved past the “females are just as capable so need to be in combat arms” fad years ago…..we just thought we are smarter…..

What is sad is they finally lowered the standard at IOC and got two split tails through! Supposedly they actually waived a couple time requirements for evolutions that you used to have to pass to graduate.
