I worked at a rec center in college. The rec center director had to kick out a group of Indian guys because they stank so bad that some gym rats were threatening to handle it themselves. No lie; You could smell them from a good fifty feet away.

Been to India a few times. Even the modern tech cities still have a lot of trash everywhere and stray dogs lying around. The men also don’t seem to think it is a necessity to wash their hands after using the restroom.
The culture is not built on Christian ethics and there is a lot of corruption baked in to their society.
