I don’t think so. The failure in Iran has him unhinged he is used to being able to bully his way to victories but the mullahs have called every bluff and he doesn’t know what to do. He knows the midterms are toast so his speech the other day is nothing more than a Hail Mary to try to get the Save act passed hoping it’s enough to turn the tide. If anything it’s setting up the excuse for when voters reject him and the GOP because they failed on their promises.
