Nola doest have strict gun control but I think removing those cities from murders put the uS on par with the countries that have very strick gun laws

I initially started to respond by showing the most recent data, but I'm too slow and impatient to verify each city within a particular year and then compare that to global statistics. So this post is useless.

That said, I feel pretty comfortable saying we aren't 3rd in murders (at least by capita), and am comfortable saying we wouldn't be 189th without the listed cities.

Yeah. I don't think the U.S. even makes the top 12 list.

Let's be completely open and honest. If you remove ghetto thugs, we're probably in the last 3.

Seems as if getting rid of Democrats would be more helpful than “strict” gun laws that criminals will follow...

I'm very pro 2A, but I don't ever believe these sorts of claims without data to back it up. While I agree those cities all have high murder rates, without unfiltered data from reputable sources that can be verified it I'm skeptical.

Anytime something that's posted from our side can be easily debunked that point is used to invalidate any and all points, even when they are valid. I wish all right wingers would leave propaganda and fake news to the socialists.

I would say that even if the meme were true, that ain't how stats work.

I mean, I suspect nearly every country can change it's ranking simply by saying, "wait, let us exclude our worst locations".

It's like saying except for the games we lost last year, we were as good as Bama.
