Yeah, man, they killed Scalia. They can just kill Supreme Court Justices any time they want, but they have a problem, see? They can't count. So they accidentally didn't kill enough of them, and they were left with a 6-3 disadvantage.
Also, instead of killing Scalia early in 1993, when Clinton could have appointed a trusted liberal, they waited until he had served 30 friggin years! Thank God they are so stupid, but you've smoked them out, Ioogaroo.

Scalia suffered from arteriosclerosis and was something of a ticking time bomb in that respect along with high blood pressure. His health situation was an open secret in DC. In fact his family really did not want him traveling. He had been deemed too weak to have a surgery just prior to the hunting trip.
Rumors like this is why the far right gets a bad rap. From an overall health perspective,people who knew him were not surprised that he had a heart attack.

If Scalia was President or VP then you would have a mandatory autopsy. They are not mandated for SC Justices. Plus if he had a heart attack there are less invasive ways of determining it without having to cut him open.

Any reservation that they would not eliminate Scalia is pure naivete', of the which Marxist Operatives rely on. It's a 'Religion' with both articles of subjective faith and morality as it's impetus. The fact that 'Democracy' and 'Equality' and 'love' and 'inclusion', et al appeals to the 'team player' masses makes it a formidable challenge. The Dems are going to make their stand on the 'virtue' of Democracy; note that such is already their 'hill to die on'. Think Ukraine and Putin and nukes.
"Behold, there is a way that seemeth right unto man, but the end thereof is destruction". Votes will not solve this, but only aggravate the division and hatred. Watch and believe.

Scalia was my all-time favorite Justice and I loved him but he led a very unhealthy lifestyle. He smoked, ate a terrible diet and buried his head in stressful intellectual work. A lifetime appointment to the Court carries enormous responsibilities - either live healthy or retire at an opportune moment.
