I disagree. That guy will be wiped off the face of the earth. They aren't going to let this slide.

President Biden commuted the sentences of 37 federal death row inmates in December 2024. God forbid if a Newscum or Walz every gets near the White House.

You think an ambitious AG or DA passes on a chance to take this to trial?

Entirely possible.

I think it's also just as possible they take a knee.

IF he rats out the whole conspiracy ring of Trantifa, deep staters, etc., I could live with him getting life with 4 hours reauired Charlie Kirk videos everyday

Give him every minute of Charlie Kirk footage available and tell him if he can find something racist or transphobic then he can avoid the DP.

I have seen an old Charlie Kirk clip that he said he is against the death penalty.

He actually had changed his mind from anti death penalty to pro death penalty. He mentioned it in one of his videos when someone asked him if he had ever had his mind changed after a debate.

I wonder if he will be sentenced by the judge or jury?

plea is all I see in my amateurish opinion.

A) he admitted to planning it for a week - premeditation, not inflamed emotional state
B) he made a serious attempt to flee and hide his crime - not insanity
C) he has shown no remorse outside his family and tranny lover (that's quite selfish)
D) from what we know w/ video, parents, texts, forensics, admissions in the discord chat, etc. it is a solid case and there's no reason to accept a plea unless Kirk's widow asks for it.
