Is there any chance someone in this country is undecided at this point?

Maybe on the local elections there are still decisions to be made for some, but the money being poured into TV ads at this stage really is a waste of effort. IMO there hasn’t been an undecided voter for months.

Not really, which is why Trump has been largely campaigning in areas where we won big in. He was in a PA county this weekend that went for him by 40 points in 2016. At this point it's all about drumming the base up and getting them excited.

I have not yet decided whether Texas will be close enough to make me hold my nose and vote Trump, versus voting LPA with a clear conscience.

I lean toward Trump winning Texas by 6-8 points.

Biden voters can’t decide the difference between their arse and a hole in the ground.

So there’s that...

A lot of people don’t pay attention to politics. I did it for years.

It’s about people voting or not voting. That’s what most campaigning and pretty much ALL last minute pushes are about. Not voting one or the other.

I believe that anyone who says they are undecided at this point are really Trump supporters who don't want to say and can't bring themselves to say they are voting Biden.

The fact that neither candidate is campaigning in Texas should tell you all you need to know. Trump will win it easily and it’ll be called just as quickly as it was in 2016.

A vote for JJ is a vote for Biden.

A trump homer friend told me the same thing this weekend. Even she understood that it is extraordinarily unlikely Trump will lose Texas.

Her logic was essentially that failing to vote for Trump would lead to a popular vote win for Biden which would lead automatically to a constitutional amendment to change or remove the electoral college.

I asked her to list the 38 states which would support such an amendment. She stopped talking at that point

Why are you voting 3rd party?

Do you think she would make the best president?

Do you dislike the 2 party system?

A friend of mine is. I did my best to talk to him about it but he is so low information that he just said “I don’t like either of them but I don’t like how divided our country is, I am voting Biden”. Conveniently he lives an hour away and his plan was to vote when he came up a few days ago but I distracted him long enough that he ran out of time. Trying to get him to vote 3rd party or not vote at all if he won’t take the time to research. Talking to someone that has no idea what is going on is not easy.

A Red vote will have zero impact in Texas.

An LPA vote works to ensure continued future ballot access for a party that (while whacky) adds value to the political discourse,

No, but not much danger of that.

Immensely. But it is what we have.

True enough this year, but a smaller party is more susceptible to wild, temporary shifts.

Fortunately, we do not register by party in Texas. but I have voted in the GOP primary since 1982

Why? The 2 party system ensures the most gridlock, which should be what libertarians want.

I like to ask the people who clamor for MOAR parties to point to the places that function so much better than us politically because they have such. I’ve oddly yet to see a good example.
