It is transphobic for a cisgender person to post his or her pronouns on emails.
By including the pronouns, the cisgender person is implying that he or she would be offended if someone were to refer to him or her by pronouns of the opposite sex. It’s basically saying that he or she would be offended if someone referred to him or her as transgender—which is transphobic.
So as a cisgender person, if your company asks you to include your pronouns on emails, simply say that you won’t bc you’re not transphobic.

Refer to them as assholes. That term fits any "gender", and is a highly accurate description.

We had to watch a video from a def contractor and the big wigs in the video, had their names listed, position and pronouns.
It is such BS and these big corps have been convinced they have to do this.

s There a Polite Way to Handle the Pronoun Madness?
I was talking with a pink-haired collegiate recently. She asked what my preferred pronouns were. I politely told her "normal."
She: "So ... like ... he/him?"
Me: "No, 'Normal/Normal' are my preferred pronouns."
It made for a fun conversation.

Stop associating with the mentally ill. I don't a single person who had to tell me their pronouns. Non issue. Stop crying.

Smile and kindly tell them they are mentally ill, possessed by the devil, or both and that you will pray for them.
If they get physical shoot them in the fricking face.

Johns Hopkins Medicine staff given roadmap to navigate dozens of pronouns: ‘faerself, ve, xe"
Johns Hopkins Medicine workers were recently allowed to use their chosen names on ID badges
Employees at Johns Hopkins Medicine in Maryland were given a new pronoun usage guide that lists dozens of pronouns include "aerself" and "faerself" while staffers navigate a recent inclusive ID policy, Fox News Digital has learned.
A pronoun usage guide from Johns Hopkins Medicine details 50 different pronouns that health care employees could use in the workplace, with other options including ve, xe, per and ae.
The guide includes examples of how to use the pronouns, such as: "Ae cleaned the office all by aerself," or "I gave faer the key." The guide also shows how to use titles correctly, such as using "Mr." for men, "Miss" for women, or "Mx." for "nonbinary or gender diverse people."

Change your prounoun/title to Christ is Lord, or Trump is my President. Make them say it. Or make your name a symbol, ala Prince. As Rush would say, “illustrate absurdity by being absurd”. Rest assured, they will always, eventually, take it too far and lose their fringe supporters.

Honestly, there is only one person I care about not offending in all of this, and that’s God, and His design for human life. If the facts of life are offensive, then they’re just offensive I suppose. I can’t live my life worrying about the truth being offensive to someone who not only wants to live in a reality of their own creation, but also wants me to support their own fairy tale. You want to go by Bob, and you’re a biological female, fine, I’ll call you Bob, but don’t assume you can make me call you a man when you’re obviously a very confused woman.
