Is the Oculus (aka the WTC Mall) designed after a vagina?

As an ex New Yorker pre covid (moved specifically to raise your rent/housing prices) has anyone else noticed that the Oculus, which is the mall near the new world trade center building, resembles a birth canal?
This thing was designed in the heat of wokeness and I guess it’s supposed to symbolize rebirth from 9/11. Whoever designed that mall needs to be locked in a pillory. It’s especially noticeable when looking up from the first floor.

I see it.
Almost like an invitation to the world to bang NYC.
Which is exactly what has happened.

Thank you sir. Chicken makes it not worth the effort to load pics, should have been higher priority over the TD shop and introducing those heathens on the SEC rant….

Looks more like Venus Fly trap:
But the coolest part is the reflection of light making two towers.

Reminds me of Marie's sculpture in Everybody Loves Raymond.

The architect is is inspired by bones Search Calatrava. Pretty interesting actually.
"His signature "bone-like" aesthetic is heavily inspired by organic natural forms—specifically, the human skeleton, bird wings, eyes, and spinal columns."
So maybe a Vagina?!? Why not

Looks like a boid, albeit, an abstract boid.

Well, the vagina was designed at the dawn of humans, so I'd say yes. Also, it is probably the greatest creation ever...yuge fan.

Looks like ‘Eyes Wide Shut’ which also makes sense.

There is a huge Sally Fields under this.
