If you can't do simple, everyday things without a "support animal," then you are not fit for human interaction and should keep your arse home.
Exceptions, of course, for the blind and legit things where a service dog is needed to warn the owner of danger, etc. Not emotional support stupidity.

There's an entire industry built around suing people over ADA compliance issues. Some lawyers will pay handicapped people to go into places to be sure that they're compliant. If they aren't, they threaten to sue, but always settle out of court and never push the issue again at said business.

Need to create some sort of permit system to curb this abuse. Vehicles need a handicap permit to park in handicap spaces. Why not require a permit for those who have a legit service dog to be brought into areas that otherwise wouldn't allow regular pets.

No, they have simply figured out that since they can't win elections based on their stupid ideas of how to govern, they will instead attempt to govern through the judicial system.
Case in point, most Americans don't want people's dogs in a restaurant or on a plane, or in a movie theater or anywhere in public for that matter. So you can't legislate your way into that, so instead just get a judge to rule that you must allow it.
The left are authoritarians who want the few telling the many how they must live.
