Is Obama a war criminal?

Some bullet points presented:
10x more air strikes that were done under Bush
Approved 563 drone strikes that killed some 3797 people
One of his first CIA drone strikes killed some 41 Pakistani civilians
His second year Obama led some 128 CIA drone strikes killing 89 civilians
Obama’s first strike on Yemen killed 55 people, including 21 children, 10 of which were under the age of 5, and 12 women, 5 of which were pregnant
In 2016, Obama dropped 2671 bombs across 7 countries
586 civilians on average lost their lives annually from 2007 to 2016.
Double tap strikes on first responders after the initial strikes hit their targets happened with frequency under the Obama administration and is a violation of the Geneva convention, and by definition is a war crime.
Drone strikes conducted during a 5 month long campaign resulted in the deaths of unintended targets 9 out of 10 times.
President Obama used the espionage act more than any other President in the history of the United States, silencing would be opponents.
While Russell softens the blow a bit by focusing on the corporate interests and military industrial complex, which I would agree are those pushing the buttons in Washington, he does hold Obama’s feet to the fire, and with it goes the celebrity status of Obama in my estimation, but are we so blinded by the glitz and glitter in America of public figures and smooth talk that we cannot stand on principles we once claimed to vehemently adhere to under the previous administration before Obama took office.
On a side note, I do find it ironic how perhaps the most vilified of all former Presidents, the one in court battles right now prior to the election, to of course get in his way of running for office, is the one who warned everyone of the deep state and swamp in Washington, and was the only one since Bush who actually didn’t start any new wars, in fact scaled down our involvement.
But regardless of what you think of DJT, back to Obama….
I’d encourage you to watch this piece. Russel does a far better job than I could, and his commentary is as usually on point IMO. Nails it.
But don’t take my word for it. Let me know what you think in the comments below…

Yep, Barry Soetero needs to return his Nobel Peace prize.
If you remember, it was awarded to Barry before he took office. Very strange, don't ya think? Who is his puppeteer?

Let’s also not forget he ordered a drone strike on a 16 year old US citizen in Yemen.

No he was just the Washington elites house boy. If you think that fricking idiot had anythingbtomdomwithnrunnibgbthisncountry you are a moron. He was just a smooth talking gag that kept the focus off of the real

Only those who lose their war get to be war criminals.
If the Nazis had won, Stalin would have been the war criminal.

Speaking of Trump, how about providing us with his drone strike numbers and civilian casualties?
Posted on 9/12/23 at 9:35 pm to Mike da Tigah
Any president who engages in warfare without Congressional approval is a war criminal. Don't worry they just labeled it as a military exercise.

A sitting president literally killed a US citizen without trial, without Congressional review. Executed another human being without any oversight or appeal. And before you frickers start applauding, Trump did the same thing with the Iranian general. All it takes is for one of our alphabet agencies to label you a ‘terrorist’ and our president can assassinate you without cause.

Hillary, as secretary of state, wondered if Assange could be added to that list.
True story.

Not Obama’s fault
He was suffering PTSD over the birth certificate
Therefore it’s trump’s fault

If you go by literally standards pretty the president for a while has been.
George W for sure was talked about as one.
Obama was aggressive as listed here and then made sure we didn't talk about casualties....
Trump drone strikes a guy going to the airport....
I'm sure we will find out details on exactly what Biden a war crimes are at some point...

Only if you agree that Trump is a war criminal as well.

Nope. None.

Abdulrahman al-Awlaki's father, Anwar al-Awlaki, was alleged to be an operational leader of al-Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula.[6] Anwar was killed by a CIA drone strike[7] also ordered by Obama two weeks prior to the killing of his son.
quote:
Soleimani was commander of the Quds Force, one of five branches of Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), a designated Terrorist Organization by both the United States and European Parliament.[4][5] Soleimani was considered the second most powerful person in Iran, subordinate to Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei.[6] Five Iraqi nationals and four other Iranian nationals were killed alongside Soleimani, including the deputy chairman of Iraq's Popular Mobilization Forces (PMF) and commander of the Iran-backed Kata'ib Hezbollah militia, Abu Mahdi al-Muhandis – a person designated as a terrorist by the U.S. and the United Arab Emirates (UAE). The Pentagon says Soleimani and his troops were "responsible for the deaths of hundreds of American and coalition service members and the wounding of thousands more."[7]
Again, some alphabet agency somewhere makes a claim about a 'terrorist'. The president of the United States unilaterally, without review of any kind, orders that person's death. In both cases, we killed that person and many other people who just happened to be there. Just because one was a US citizen and one was an Iranian general (who we aren't currently at war with), is irrelevant.
Why do you believe the gov't in one case and not the other? Because one was Obama and one was Trump?

Most of the presidents since Lincoln are war criminals.
