I'll agree to this. Democrats have to go through some serious mental gymnastics to view it as anything else other than life.

Well, in all fairness, they do it with every other topic, so....

The only conclusion I can draw is simple: they hate science! Yay! I just stooped to Rex and Tuba's level!

But, realistically, I doubt many of you care about kids that much. If you aren't mourning the dead children from the conflicts in the Middle East or crying for neglected and abused children throughout the country, you're not as worried about the children as you make yourself out to be.

I see what you're trying to say here, but you realize you could play this game with every single position in existence?

It's sort of like wasting your time calling one political party or politician hypocritical while defending another.

It's a woman's right to choose to have sex or not.

It's a woman's right to choose who she has sex with.

It's a woman's right to choose to use birth control

It's a woman's right to choose what kind of birth control to use.

It shouldn't be anyone's right to end the life of an innocent human just because they screwed up on their previous choices.

But even those on the fence, after watching this, can you still say that a woman or a man for that matter has a right to terminate this life?

I personally cannot think of a more barbaric and actually inhuman thing to contemplate.

How I miss our daily abortion threads.

I don't see why a woman can choose life or death for anyone, including a child. The only question for me that I've never really resolved in my own head is when does "life" begin.

It's not a child and it's not a person. No woman should be made to carry a non-person against her will.

How many unwanted children have you adopted, Mike? Having some experiences on the fringes of the foster system I can tell you there is no shortage of children who are alone and need good parents.

Abortion is ugly. You know who's not taking in kids who were unwanted, though? Me.

Or you.

I'm thinking maybe we ought to start paying females not to have babies instead of having them and us supporting them. Pay them up thru their 21st birthday and then cut them off. If you have kids after that you're on your own. If you have a kid before then, payments stop and you're on your own.

We have to do something.

In just a short period of time it will be a "child" and "person".

Until then it is the father's fetus as well as the mother's so the father should have an equal say regarding whether the fetus is allowed to be bought to term.

Why aren't the feminists screaming about equality in this case?

Is it really a government's right to choose pregnancy or no pregnancy for a woman? Only if you believe in "limited" government I guess.

So the government shouldn't have power to criminalize unconsented to acts?

I'm opposed to having to a pay a woman to do nothing.

Men should demand that a male birth control pill be developed and put on the market.

That would put an end to this nonsense.

Well Gmorgan that is a damn good question. Truly both components before combination are living cells. When combined they are living, but for the sake of legality we call it non-human.

That begs the question of what is it? Fish? Donkey? Frog?

Really if you want abortion you should be willing to say that you are for ending the life of the human developing inside you. I hate the way words are twisted to make it seem like no big deal. They should at least on the fact that they are killing people.

Nature aborts far more fetuses spontaneously than humans do. I guess God is pro-choice.
