He is the president I don’t believe he can’t find anyone else in the country who is competent. He hasn’t had a problem hiring people he thinks he can trust for countless other positions.

I knew all along that Fauci was stalling until Big Pharma came up with something, at a much higher price. What I didn't anticipate, was that it would also be a drug that has already been around a while, and not yet FDA approved for Covid, yet somehow that is not a hang up for THIS drug.

This just makes it as transparent as it can possibly be. HOW can anyone still believe Fauci is legitimate, and not a big pharma loving, deep state hack?

I think hes definitely had problems hiring people who convey trust to Trump, then work against him once he turns his back.

Exactly. I recall him saying he needs more evidence statistically like a years worth with hydroxy. He was sold on Remdesiver pretty quick. So no need for more research now?

If Fauci is so terrible and it’s so obvious why doesn’t Trump just fire him? Why is trump continuing to follow his advice and Brix if it is so biased or politically motivated.

This is how i know you're not seriously asking a legitimate question.

Trump's decisions have not been in lockstep with Brix or Fauci.

The little Leprechaun has fricked us all. His constant downplaying of HCQ was embarrassing.

He has said numerous times he is following recommendations or advice from Fauci and Brix. Of course he isn’t doing everything they recommend but acting like he just ignores them is not a factually correct.

Do you disagree?
The vast vast majority of his supporters (which I am) would support him opening up. Also would support someone openly championing hcq. Any independent who is borderline on opening up as soon as they can make Income and are still safe in 2-3 weeks will love him for it.

Same reason he didn't fire Honest Bob Meuller or Chris Wray. Dem demagogues via the corrupt MSM would scream 'dictator' and the dupes and useful idiot swing vote would get Trump thrown out of power. Enter Joe Biden, HRC, Barack, et al. And kiss Constitutional Freedom good bye.

When has Trump ever made decisions based on how the MSM will act?

Also, let's be very direct, if one is making decisions that are best for the country and basing them off of how the media will react to it, that is cowardly and shows zero leadership or vision. Not sure how anyone would disagree with that statement.

So what's the deal here? Why, according to you, is Trump making important decisions for the health and safety of Americans based on how the media will react?

If hydroxychloroquine is effective as a prophylactic then people are dying that should not have even contracted the virus. Can you imagine how much it would mean for nursing home patients? Despite the media BS about hydroxychloroquine, it has been proven safe and is OTC in many countries. It's been around almost as long as ibuprofen.

One of the problems of these long term government "leaders" is that they get involved in all sorts of things they should not be involved in. Fauci was involved in the grant to the bioresearch lab in Wuhan - the one that created the virus he is in charge of managing here. China also developed remdesivir. I wonder if Fauci has some sort of financial gain involved with remdesivir. It's kind of sad that I have to ask this kind of question - you should not need to question if public servants are willing to let people die for political or financial gain. These are the times we live in.

Oh, I don’t know. For a virus I think I’d rather have an anti-viral medication than an anti-malarial or an antibiotic!

If you want to put in a screw, would you rather use a screwdriver or a hammer?

I would rather have one that works. I don't care what its original use was.
