Is Cate Blanchett out of her f**king mind???

The utter arrogance of this sanctimonious moron is astonishing. This is short. You’re not going to believe this! I couldn’t hate Hollywood more.
Cate Blanchett’s statement is a perfect example of celebrity-bubble self-importance: a famous person sitting in front of cameras at an elite film festival and somehow imagining that this rarefied little world is one of the only places left where serious moral issues can be discussed.
That is not insight. That is vanity dressed up as conscience.
Let me help you with this, you clueless idiot.
Wars, conflicts, and genocide are discussed every hour of every day across:
Social media
Cable news
Newspapers and online media
Podcasts
YouTube
Universities
Public protests
Parliaments and legislatures
International organizations
Religious groups
Activist organizations
Everyday political conversation
and dinner tables.
The idea that Cannes is some uniquely brave public square for moral truth is so detached from reality that it borders on parody.
What makes it especially grating is the implied moral elevation.
She talks as though film festivals occupy some noble plane above ordinary politics and public conversation, when in reality they are celebrity showcases with red carpets, luxury brands, photographers, and people congratulating one another for being brave while saying things that millions of people are already saying everywhere else.
What makes it especially obnoxious is the moral preening. She seems to mistake the celebrity stage for moral authority, as if saying obvious things in front of cameras turns her into some rare truth-teller. It doesn’t.
Ordinary people discuss war, suffering, and injustice every day without applause or self-congratulation. Her mistake is confusing visibility with courage — and confusing celebrity attention with actual moral seriousness.
What an insufferable, holier than thou, human being.

These people who make un-American statements should never be allowed in this country again.

But her accent makes her sound so honest and appealing.

It is how they stay employed. If one wishes to work in Hollywood consistently, even on networks as well, one must be anti-American, anti-Christian, and will to promote immorality and weakness.
The more subliminal they are, the more money they make.

I like it how it was brought to you by New Arab.

Dude, take a pill. Sounds like she was asked a question and gave an answer she wasn't that comfortable with and in doing so, did not mention anything specific at all and did not give any inclination as to what side she was on or not on.
Do you just look for something to be outraged at? I mean, if there is a longer video, going into more depth, please show it, but all you did was show slop then went into a tirade.

Meet the new Arab, much like the old Arab.

There has certainly been a huge uptick in movies and programs related to Christian themes that are seeing tremendous growth and profitability. People are demanding morality and common sense.

It's in France. She has the audience eating out of the palm of her hand. And she is Australian. Those people aren't like Americans.

Really? You really have no idea what side she is on?

No. This is all a show. She must not be getting the roles she wants so she has to show her social justice to get more eyes on her.

These idiots have a burning desire to impress people and prove that they're much more than just stupid actors. Truth is, many of them (not all) barely managed to graduate from high school.
I think my favorite example of one of these choads trying to act intellectually superior to the rest of us was how Jennifer Anniston acted during Covid. She actually threatened people who didnt get vaccinated, and also tried to position herself as some sort of expert on viruses and vaccines.
So, I looked up her background. As I expected, her highest level of education was high school. Man, that must have been one hell of a 12th grade for her to have somehow become one of the foremost virologists on the planet.

They are actors playing parts to audiences for attention. Having a live audience for some is intoxicating, she’s drunk

Thor needs to go Ragnarok on her again.

THIS^^^^
It's like they all share the same brain, and it's not a very good one. It's like they purchased that brain at a rummage sale after it had already been marked down 4 times.
These virtue-signaling buffoons have certainly done their part to ruin the entertainment business.
