If you think so, tell me why. What has he done in his 47 years in political office?

That man wore the same belt for 47 years as rode the train to commute from Delaware or wherever he is from to DC. Every day! The same belt!

He managed to make an enemy of both sides in the Thomas/Hill hearings so there's that.

No

effective leader?

He used to be very effective as a Democrat Senate leader and legislator. He was very good at getting things done in the Senate and on the Hill. It's one of the main reasons Obama picked him as VP.

That said, the political landscape has shifted and his best days are behind him. He was good at building coalitions with Republicans as a pro-business moderate but those days are done.

High IQ and leadership skills aren’t criteria for becoming POTUS.

Intelligence is not the issue. He will make America 'kinder'. His wife said so yesterday. The Chinese and Russians agree.

Dems taking about Bill Clinton being irrelevant at 74 years old. News flash, Biden is nearly 4 years older and more mentally challenged than Bill And Dems want him to be president!

Should have lead off with an easier question. Something like “does Joe Biden remember how to tie his shoes?”

I will give Joe Biden credit. He found a way to use 5 words never used together before.

Lying
Dog
Faced
Pony
Soldier
