IRS get my payment tool

This is the site where you check the status of your stimulus payments and update your direct deposit info. Anyone else getting the message that their eligibility can’t be determined at this time? I always end up having to pay at the end of the year so I figured I’d update my direct deposit info, but no luck.

Yes. I got the "According to information that we have on file, we cannot determine your eligibility for a payment at this time."

Yea but it’s like www4.irs and then it gives you a weird pop up saying for authorized use only before you enter your sensitive data

I have the same message. I thought it was because I file head of household. Glad others are seeing it.

I just tried and got an error before entering a single piece of info. The site wasn’t available as of 10:20pm last night, I just think they are having issues since it just went live

My Daughter tried an hour ago, she got onto the site, but got a message saying her account info was unavailable.
She got info from Reddit saying the site had crashed. Typical US Govt BS
