I've never seen a yardman not lace his boots up. Good way to get boots full of dirt.

It's actually Palm Beach County and I can't find him in their inmate search on their website.

well he was charged so I imagine something about one or more of the weapons was illegal. I believe it's illegal to conceal a machete...not positive.
