I was thinking that but no grass stains on his pants from the pic. Unless they got him on his way to pick up the sod, and hasn't laid it yet, I doubt it.

I've never seen a yardman not lace his boots up. Good way to get boots full of dirt.

well he was charged so I imagine something about one or more of the weapons was illegal. I believe it's illegal to conceal a machete...not positive.
