I do not know about you guys and girls but I am starting to think that Pakistan was not telling both sides the truth. I think that they told us that Iran agreed to our terms and they told Iran that we agreed to their terms.
This is certainly possible. I’ve seen this happen before in negotiations with 3rd parties. They do this to get the agreement and then worry later about fallout hoping it doesn’t actually queer the deal. Very unethical.
I highly doubt that Pakistan cares about the ethics of the deal.

I’m not going to criticize Trump for trying to wrap this up. But, this is why he shouldn’t have gotten into it in the first place. He set in motion something that can’t be controlled now.

No argument from me here. That’s why I think it’s certainly possible.

He was warned . Trump was saying he was first President to deal with Iran in 47 years and forgot the reasons why the other didnt
now he has to make a bad deal with a regime he claimed he destroyed

the Persian version of the plan notably diverges from the English one on a key sticking point between Washington and Tehran – Iran’s right to enrich uranium.

That's not true. We have lied a LOT over the past month and a couple of lies told to end this war is something I fully support.
These were good lies IMO.
I mean, you have become a blithering idiot, so....

Why does Iran believe they have demands that have to be met?

It's a potential disaster of a deal for US prestige. He leaves the mullahs and IRGC in power. The IRGC is emboldened and they start exerting influence across the gulf. The Gulf nations are now twisting in the wind from a security standpoint. Their security guarantors don't look like guarantors any longer, they could not stop Iranian missiles and now they effectively give Iran power over the whole Gulf with the payola they will affect.
Trump would be better that he never listened to Netanyahu. It would also be better if he did not try to make a deal in Islamabad. Any deal is a bad deal because it doesn't just affect the Iranians, you have Gulf States reduced to vassal states of Iran with Americans potentially underwriting the security of the deal. Meanwhile. South Korea, Japan and Australia pay more for their oil .
Nigeria could be a big winner in all this though.....and Norway.
I'm thinking Bibi way want to go to the Wall a lot more and spend more time at a synagogue praying that a competent US President is not elected in 2028. Because his arse can't afford what is about to come at him.

is absolutely pointless to try to make any deals with Iran.
When taqiyya is part of their operating system, why should you have any confidence in their promises?

Don't care.
One of the brilliant things Trump did was publish Iran's response when the the Cease Fire was agreed to.
Known liars and the lies they make.
Oh well, let the bombing continue.

Agreed.
They lie and cheat more than the Chinese.
And that says a lot.
