is the most interesting bit. Makes me wonder how they farm the dormant accounts, perhaps the original account holder's email was compromised and they crawl it for registered forum accounts, steal/change the password, then archive it for potential future use. But then, which organization does this? This isn't some random autist we're talking about here accomplishing that.
