Influential Twitter Lib “Erica Marsh” is a fake person.

"She" posted some fairly specific stats on her bio which could have been checked out & verified. I doubted authenticity simply because of her looks, lack of facial piercings, purple or blue colored hair, and not having half her head shaved.
