And this is why we don't avoid ANY measure to shorten the combat time. Make it something nobody wants to endure - on either side - ever again.

I know you don't understand my points, you are not capable.

Your points ignore the inevitability of another 1979. I made that clear.

This theoretical modern/secular government would be great. The question is if it is possible (It's an incredibly low chance AND would require a very bloody, very long civil war to get there)

Slow you just admitted he used Parliament voted the Shah out, that is a coup.

Because like the British system the Shah holds the rulership over the Parliament like the old English system.

I did not.

Is that the system in the UK today?

Does anyone describe that progress as a "coup"? No

You're pathetic. Because people won't accept how you have framed an issue, any effort to explore it deeper is a trick/game/pivot. You must get your arse handed to you regularly in court.

We're all pretty sure you were born in a coma, and live in a coma.

Japan would have fought to the last man, had we not ended it the way we did and crushed their will.

Many more American soldiers would have died. What some fail to understand is that many of us would not be here today, had their fathers and grandfathers had to continue to fight the Japanese for a number of additional years.

Take your contrarian shite somewhere else this morning.

I am totally in uncomfortable awe of such an illogical, disturbingly baseless plea for more attention on a discussion board. I don't call in naive, because you know better.

Are you that starved for increasing your 'reply' total? that you would posit such an idiotic statement.

Japan's plan was to arm the children, women and old people and to keep attacking.

They were going to arm them with spears, as they did not have the weapons.

No. It's the hyper specificity that you chose to try to re-frame it while pivoting.

The irony in your statement is skrong.

Nope. Only tricks and pivots are tricks and pivots.

You're doing it again with this comment, FWIW.

One of my more effective techniques is pointing out bad arguments by opposing counsel, actually

What does this have to do with the strategy of turning people against their government in Muslim/Middle Eastern shite holes?

Which came first: The US-led coup in 1953 or the response to that coup in 1979?

In WW2 we firebombed millions and then cluster bombed the rescuers is the subject, you are the one leading many from fact to myths you have been taught about Iran and 1953.

Which as I post you have no clue on.

The US was going to back the Shah to stop the Soviet Union from invading Iran.

Whether it would take long or not (I don't believe it would BTW) today's Iran IS A threat the free world and America in particular. They need to be destroyed.
